The Residents Portal is a user-friendly digital interface for all residents in your sectional title scheme. It simplifies communication, requests, and scheme engagement through mobile-first tools that anyone can use.
Forms for Resident Services
Each outlined button links to a form built to capture resident input quickly and route it to the correct reviewer:
- Inspection Requests: Residents request maintenance checks or issue inspections for plumbing, electrical, or structural concerns. Tickets are auto-generated and tracked.
- Message Requests: Used to contact management or trustees to request a broadcast message on your scheme’s WhatsApp group.
- Order Access Tags: Securely submit requests for additional remotes, gate tags, or biometric enrollment.
- Incident Reports: Residents log disturbances, safety concerns, or rule violations — with support for photos and videos.
- Intercom Contacts: Request updates to your intercom listing or submit contact changes.
- Complaints: Submit complaints about common areas, behaviour, noise, or general management. These are confidential and routed to trustees.
- Suggestions: Share ideas to improve community life, operations, or safety — feedback that leads to better schemes.
