    • Sends the request to the caretaker for approval (via email with an APPROVE/REJECT interface)
    • Automatically merges the review data into the Leave Requests sheet.
    • Notifies trustees when a decision is made
  • Shopping Lists
    Allows staff to request materials, tools, or supplies with specific categories and quantity requirements. Each request:
    • Notifies the caretaker
    • Gets routed to the review form for approval
    • Automatically updates once reviewed.
  • Uniforms
    Tracks and manages staff uniform requests for replacements, size changes, or new hires. Ensures inventory awareness and simplified handover.
  • Self-Performance Review
    It enables staff to complete self-performance evaluations linked to the formal staff review process.
